Have questions about your 7-day and rainbow candles? 

Q. You say they are 7-day candles but why didn’t my candle last 7 days?

A. Everything is energy and your candle may burn faster or slower for a number of reasons, including where you have placed your candle to burn or what kind of energy you’re releasing or attracting into your life. Our candles will generally burn for approximately 140 hours or a little less than 6 days. 

Though you still might be wondering why they’re called 7-day candles: it’s an industry term.

Q. What are your candles made of?

A. Our high-quality candles are fragrance-free and made with a clean and long-burning blend of paraffin and soy wax with a 100% cotton wick. 

Q. What does ‘energetically cleansed’ or ‘energy neutral’ mean?

A. Energy is everything (you’re going to hear us say that a lot, because it is!). That means we and everything in our world carries its own energy. You want to be sure when you’re using candles for a ritual that they have no residual energy from their manufacture, shipping and handling so you can impart your own fun, love and energy into them. 

That’s why we use reiki to cleanse all of our candles before we ship them to you: so you know they’re ready for you to set your own intentions and focus your energy. 

Q. When are your candles shipped?

A. If you order before 9am AEDT, we’ll ship your candle(s) to you on the same day. Any weekend orders will be shipped on Mondays.

Q. What kind of packaging do you use?

A. For our 1, 3 or 5 candle packs, we use our Light your dreams presentation boxes. Our 8, 9, 10 or 15 candle packs (including Magic Membership candles) are carefully wrapped to make sure your candles arrive without breakages.
